If you book an appointment, relevant health information is collected separately through the client questionnaire and used, with your consent, to inform your care.

To reply to your message and arrange an appointment.
To contact you about an appointment you've booked.

We use your details to reply to you and manage appointments. We do not use them for marketing, sell your personal information or share it with advertisers.

How long we keep it

Messages are kept for as long as needed to respond and manage any follow-up. If you become a client, your clinical records are kept in line with professional and legal record-keeping requirements.
